We see hear you.

You don't have to handle this alone.

Does this sound familiar?

Worry you can’t switch off?
Lying awake replaying the same conversations?
Tension at home, pressure at work, or feeling tired and numb all the time?

The good news?

You can feel better.

Step by step, with a plan built around you

Counselling is more than a place to talk. You learn practical skills to calm anxious thoughts, manage stress and handle relationships, so the progress lasts after your sessions end.

Meet Ayesha Siddique, Counsellor

The aim isn’t to keep you in sessions forever. It’s to help you understand what’s happening, learn skills that work and move forward on your own.

Ayesha Siddique is a counsellor with a psychology background from Iqra University Islamabad and clinical training at NIRM Islamabad. She works with individuals, couples and families in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and online with clients across Pakistan and abroad, in Urdu and English.

Ayesha is a final-year BS Psychology student at Iqra University Islamabad. She has trained in the psychiatry department of NIRM Islamabad, in psychological assessment at Medicsi OPD, and in DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Whether it’s family pressure, relationship strain or feelings you can’t explain, you can talk openly here. What you share stays confidential.

Sessions use cognitive-behavioural techniques and practical coping skills, tailored to you. If you need a diagnosis, medication or specialist treatment, Ayesha will refer you to a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist.
